Remote Detonators

Changes:

• Fully reworked all the models and textures
• Added configuration (to use you need a mod with which you can configure mods)
• Now you can't select doors so that they don't break
• Added redstone dust mode which will power redstone dust to power other things (can be turned on in settings)
• Ability to configure text that appears when selecting / detonating something
• Added clicking sound when detonating
