New Config Options:
disableDivineProtectionTimer (default: false): Disables the automatic protection assignment timer entirely.
noChangeOfDivineProtection (default: false): when enabled, players' divine protections are not rolled back when the world resets.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed Admin-Granted Protections Being Overwritten by the Timer: Previously, when the mod's automatic timer expired, it would completely overwrite the active protection list, deleting all abilities manually granted via commands.
