• Added a world events system.
• Implemented the 9 world events described above.
• Added disease, infections, and the "Plague" effect.
• Added a potion of mixture and the "Recovery" effect.
• Alchemist level 5 gained the Plague Immunity skill.
• Added a protected hatch.
• Added a payment system for free citizens.
• Implemented an event API.
• Added functionality in the Strategist block for ReignGuard.
• Fixed a dupe using search.
• Increased the chance of finding a mine in poor lands.
• Fixed a number of bugs related to mines.
• Fixed a capital rent collision that caused owners of some territories to reset.
• Removed honey concentrate and all blindness and weakness mechanics in the Nether.
• Fixed Russian localization errors.
• Fixed a bug causing the Deep Shale Miner to dig slowly through deep rock.
• Added a bunch of bugs. Probably.
