Fixed chunk scanning issue in custom worlds from Multiverse-Core (now scans only loaded chunks in all worlds).
Fixed data accumulation in chunk-data.yml file (now the file is automatically cleaned based on chunk-data-retention setting).

Added detailed chunk information: list of redstone components and entities with counts for each type, with chat pagination via clickable buttons (no text input required).
Added localization for chunk details messages (keys in messages_en.yml and messages_ru.yml).
