Adds a Redstone Hopper, Redstone Hopper Minecart, and Item Filter for enhanced item sorting capabilities

Fixes issue where items can be pulled out from the "Check" slot via another redstone hopper underneath. "Check" slot is now completely locked and can only be interacted with manually by the player, items still pass into and out of the input/output slot via hoppers
