Password red packet claiming

• Click [Type password to claim]: The password red packet broadcast shows a clickable “Type password to claim”; on click, the plugin sends the correct password to public chat as that player and completes the claim (one click per player per packet).
• Type password in chat: Players can also type the correct password in public chat to claim; when typed manually, that chat line is cancelled so the password is not shown.
• Password matching: Still uses password-redpacket.case-sensitive and password-redpacket.allow-spaces in config.yml.
• Files: RedPockets.java (click-triggered send flag), MessageManager.java (clickable password hint), ChatListener.java (chat match and cancel behaviour), RedPacketCommand.java (clickclaim sends password), and message keys broadcast-password-hint / claim-password-use-click in all languages.
