Significant expansion to the default decay library, with the addition of decay macros to allow for even more complex decay events! Iron blocks now rust, sandstone blocks will weather, and glazed terracotta will fade over time.

New blocks: Ivy, faded terracotta, rusted iron, tarnished gold, and doused torches & lanterns!
