• Fixed builds being added to the build list twice upon creation
  • New builds will no longer be duplicated in the config menu
• Cancelling a new build no longer requires that it has a name
• New builds will no longer have an index set to 99.
  • Instead, they will be placed as the last build not marked for deletion.
• Quick build activation will now display the name properly.
• Removed the original (now long-deprecated) version of the BuildHolder class.
