Desert Turtle : entity, eggs, scute and helmet (give the player resistance effect for a short time(5 seconds) before taking damage after that go on a 30s cooldowns)

Palm : tree, sapling(including the potted one), log and wood (with stripped versions for both), leaves, planks and all the rest of the blocks/items made of planks (boats, sings, fences etc.)

Coconut : new drop from the palm leaves what can be transformed into Coconut Milk (with same saturation as the apple) in crafting

Oasis Clay : Oasis Clay and Oasis Clay Ball are some more advanced versions of clay that from smelting generates two instead of one Terracotta/Brick

Oasis : new structure found in desert where you can find the desert turtle, oasis clay and some other things hidden ;)
