Quality-of-life and safety update.

Added

• /rbd rewind command to manually return to the latest checkpoint
• Combat-safe checkpoint checks
• Optional return protection after rollback
• Optional rollback sound toggle
• Immediate initial checkpoint capture when the world first becomes safe

Improved

• Default-enabled worlds now create their first checkpoint sooner
• Automatic checkpoints are delayed during active combat or nearby danger
• Hardcore worlds are less likely to start without a usable checkpoint
• /rbd status now shows return protection and rollback sound config state

Commands Added

• /rbd rewind
• /rbd config protection <true|false>
• /rbd config sound <true|false>

Default Config

• Return protection: disabled
• Rollback sound: enabled

Notes

• This release is still focused on singleplayer worlds.
• Dedicated multiplayer servers are not supported yet.
