Rare Fish Finder

Everything since 2.0.0:

• Configurable glow color (2.1.0)
• Rare fish stay rendered and glowing at any client distance instead of vanishing at the size-based cutoff (2.2.0)
• Two optional filters for Xaero's Minimap and World Map, both off by default: hide common tropical fish, or hide everything except tropical fish. The options only show up when Xaero's Minimap is installed (2.3.0-2.4.1)
• The rare-variant check is shared by every feature so they can never disagree
