Randomly get jumpscared by my dog

Every player tick, a random number between 1 and whatever the jumpscareChance gamerule is (by default 10000) and if that number is one, a GUI containing only a image of my dog (Luna) will appear and a bark sound will play. You must press escape to get rid of her temporarily. Inspired by the Terraria mod 1/10000 Chance for Withered Foxy Jumpscare Every Second
