Randomizes the scale of most creatures within the world. Who doesn't love variety?

Mobs scale randomly with a multiplier between 0.8 and 1.2.
The minimum and maximum scale can be altered by setting the respective score, for example:
scoreboard players set min dummy 80000
or
scoreboard players set max dummy 120000
A value of 100000 means a scale of 1
