/rd setting AtStart WeatherClear <true/false>

/rd setting AtStart ClearInventory <true/false>

🛠 Fixed

Spectator players no longer receive random drops — even if they switch mid-game.
/rd setting DropsInterval mid-game now do not clear inventory or do another AtStart actions.
