Random Bongos
Random bongo sounds that play well... randomly. Used to be exclusively forge 1.20.1 but now neoforge 1.21.1 with lots of changes and more bongos due to seeing my mod in a video.

Now neoforge (because thats what me and my friend currently use)
- Added 31 more bongo sounds :)
- Added Config (just about everything you could want to ajust)
- Removed Gamerule to disable sounds (forgot it isnt per-player and requires command permissions but new config fixes this now)
