First version of Random Achievements

What's included:

• Nine achievements (Touch Grass, Cow Tipper, Famous in the Village, What Do I Do, Awkwardly Positioned, Smooth Criminal, Pacifist, Go to Sleep Man, Fish Addict)
• Item rewards on completion
• Toast notification when you get an achievement
• Progress list in chat: press J or run /ra progress
• Hidden achievements (show as ??? until completed)
• Progress saved per player; resets on death

Requirements: Fabric 1.21.x and Fabric API. You need to install on both client and server if you are using this mod for multiplayer.
