This mod adds in functionality that makes water rise when it rains and makes it fall otherwise

made blocks that are water but not work properly ie seagrass, kelp, those sorts of things (it might be in a janky way) also the effercts may not show up properly even though they should because the world may lag behind itself esspecially with high area
