• 🔐 In Survival and Adventure, only with cheats enabled

• 🧭 Added /nearestisland command with small/medium/large subcommands and a teleport link
• 🔐 Restricted /nearestisland to Creative/Spectator, or Survival/Adventure with cheats enabled
• 🧟 Added a dedicated hostile mob spawner for islands, independent of the ocean biome's natural spawn list
• 🎯 Implemented weighted mob selection and light/distance-based spawn gating
