Racehorse Mod
An extra mod for Realistic Horse Genetics that allows horses to spurt for a short period of time. The amount that horses can spurt by, and the length that they can spurt for, are determined by the stats of the horse.

- Added track aptitudes, which can be seen by right clicking a horse with paper. Horses on the wrong track type will get a heavy reduction in speed
- Added whip sounds
- Whipping is not capped at 3 anymore
