Racehorse Mod
An extra mod for Realistic Horse Genetics that allows horses to spurt for a short period of time. The amount that horses can spurt by, and the length that they can spurt for, are determined by the stats of the horse.

- Spurt speed calculation fixed
- Added crafting recipes for speedometer, timer, and whip
- Horses will now only get speed penalties on the wrong track instead of on all non-correct blocks
- Speed penalty now set to a fixed value
