Added support for the many new volcano types
Added new (and tweaked existing) commands to trigger volcanoes by type or any
Tweaked the camera shake effect a bit - still not perfect, but better nonetheless
Fixed some issues with fluid placement from geyser particles (e.g. the lava blobs launched from volcanoes)
Increased the chance of a volcano being able to generate lightning storms by a factor of 10
Pyroclatic flows can now cause fire, so beware! (configrable)
