- Iceball will now trigger on water surfaces
- Reduced Iceball's cooldown from 10s to 6s
- Reduced Iceball's entity freeze duration from 8s to 4s
- Fixed Iceball being able to permanently freeze blocks if the server were to stop or leaving in a singleplayer world
