Web Interface and Local Customisation
- Added an optional Web Interface that can be accessed locally on the servers machine (disabled by default)
- Config has been simplified and comments are included when generated, configs from older versions are not compatible
- Backups can now additionally be stored in the root directory of the server, or via a custom path specified
