FTB Teams / FTB Chunks support

• With FTB Teams installed, plug networks now additionally require matching team membership, not just matching color.
• With FTB Chunks also installed, blocks placed inside a claimed chunk join the network of the claim's owning team instead of the placer's own team.
  Claim-based networks are always kept separate from non-claim networks, even for the same team.
• Both integrations are fully optional — QuickLink works exactly as before if FTB Teams/FTB Chunks aren't installed.
• Note: if you install FTB Chunks on an existing world that already used FTB Teams, some networks may split: blocks inside a claim will separate from
  teammates' blocks standing outside any claim. This is expected — reassign sides as needed.

Fixes

• Fixed Energy Plug's Out/In FE tooltip stats not updating when a neighboring machine (e.g. a generator or battery) pushes/pulls energy directly through the plug's capability, instead of only tracking the plug's own active transfer tick
