Fixes the mouse movement in more recent versions of minecraft (1.13+), when using the Qubes OS mouse passthrough of app qubes.
Normally, without this mod, moving your mouse would just fling your camera around randomly.
The fix is to stop the game from trying to set the mouse position.
26.3-snapshot-4 has reduced the glitchiness, so the fix is less noticable there.
