What's new

• Further optimizations and changes was made for default options.txt, aiming to make optimization while not making graphic look bad
  • Disabled VSync by default - You may enable it manually on Video Settings
  • Removed Fullscreen in option.txt which is currently non-functional
• Unavailable mods: No Chat Reports, No Chat Restrictions
