Adds configurable search synchronization in Mekanism's QIO storage interface for JEI or EMI, along with QOL improvements to recipe handling.

Forge 1.20.1 - 1.4.1:
- Added a configurable destination for items shift-clicked when a crafting grid is open
- GRID: default Mekanism behavior, items get sent to the crafting grid
- QIO: items get sent into the active QIO frequency
- Added a GRID/QIO toggle to the QIO interface.
