More Vanilla Shields!

Changelog 1.0.8-1.19.2:

• Made Forge compatible with older forge versions and neoforge again

• End Crystal Explosion and Magma Shield Burn now are only executed if the player is holding the shield (not any entity)

• Magma Shield and Ender Pearl Shield now only use special effects, if the enemy hits the shield and not the player.

• Increased Chance for End Crystal Shield to explode (from 30 in 1 -> 25 in 1)

• Added Ender Pearl Shield (teleports the player around the enemy, low durability)

• Fixed Recipe Book

• Endermite spawning
• Wind Burst Shield
• Sculk Shield (only activates when CRITICAL HIT | non Critical Hit | hit with an axe)
• Cobblestone Shield
• New version support (i hate the new versions because i don't understand any of ts)
