Pyrellium

This update will reset your config, if you changed the values, you will have to redo them

• Added the ability to alter biome placement of Pyrellium biomes trough config
  • Uses the same values as vanilla biome placement
• Fixed an issue with datapack priority that could have datapacks disabling Pyrellium biomes unknowingly
• Sneaking while marking a block with the opal spyglass will now remove the previous marked block without marking the selected block.
