A simple fabric server side mod that allow players to vote to turn on the pvp during one hour.

Added a .properties file and admin command such as /pvp forceOn/Off. Also turned all the text input from french to english to make it more understandable for non french speaker (if you wan't to see the source code u'll still end up diving in my french comment lol ^^).
