Punch 2 Prime

v1.0.1 - No changes have been made to the functionality of the mod, but the file sizes are now slightly smaller! Additionally, I've switched to using the logging method that Minecraft uses instead of using System.out. v1.0.0 - You can now punch newly placed TNT to prime it!
