ProxyStaff
ProxyStaff is a lightweight proxy plugin that lets you talk to only the staff on the current server or on all servers. The plugin works without commands for a more natural feel. The prefix is customizable. It works perfectly on Waterfall.

Permission :

proxystaff.global.sendSend a message to the global staff chat. -
proxystaff.global.receiveRecieve the message of the global staff chat. -
proxystaff.server.send.servernameSend a message to the staff chat relative on that server (Message will be sent on the server who players are on). -
proxystaff.server.receive.servernameReceive the message of the staff chat relative on that server (Message will be sent on the server who players are on).
servername = Name of the server to use per permission server.
