Changes
- Made risk initiation happen before the risk peak, to allow the storms to more properly affect you at risk peak
- Shaders now take into account fog colors, by default this won't change too much unless you have something that changes MC fog colors
- Volumetrics take on the sky color as they get further from the camera to "fade out" a bit more seamlessly
