(removed previous combined pack as it had some errors in it! this should work but is sepreated into datapack and resource pack so download both!)
1.21.11 now with support for the modelapplier datapack with new models in the resourcepack. (read description page or the README inside the pack.)
the resourcepack comes in two versions:
NoTrims show no trims on the elytra Trims show trims on the elytra
