• Added a tabbed Potassium settings screen with Upscaling, Performance, and Diagnostics sections.
• Added diagnostics for graphics backend, selected upscaler, upscaler status, native bridge status, shader cache status, and compatibility mod detection.
• Added detection/status lines for Sodium, Iris, Mod Menu, VulkanMod, and Beryl.
• Added a compatibility summary so users can quickly see whether Potassium is running in vanilla, Sodium-aware, shader-aware, or Vulkan-aware mode.
• Added the new Potassium icon so Mod Menu no longer falls back to the default icon.

Fixed

• Fixed the settings tabs feeling inactive by making each tab show its own controls.
• Fixed blank layout gaps when switching between Upscaling, Performance, and Diagnostics.
• Moved the Done button to the bottom of the screen so diagnostics text has room to display.
• Upscaling now shows upscaling controls only.
• Performance now shows shader-cache controls only.
• Diagnostics now behaves as a read-only status panel.
