Project Scaffold 0.1.0

Initial Fabric release for Minecraft 1.21.1.

Added

• Right-click scaffolding with a placeable block to replace it in one action.
• Server-side behavior for singleplayer/integrated server worlds.
• Client-only fallback for servers without Project Scaffold installed.
• Support for main hand and offhand placement.
• Normal Minecraft placement checks, so unsupported placements fall back to vanilla behavior.
• Mod icon, metadata, MIT license, and GitHub source links.

Notes

• Fabric API is required.
• NeoForge sources exist in the repository, but NeoForge builds are not included in this release yet.
