SINCE HYTALE DROPPED UPDATE 4 we also dropping a new update

Changed how the versions get released (will now be based on Hytales update time) and also changed the version IDs

Updated/Added/Removed/Fixed some mods

• Added Controlify (Controller Support)
• Added Quick Pack (greatly improved data/resource packs loading time)
• Added Some More Blocks (adds over 500+ new blocks)
• Added Voice Chat Mod
• Added Emote Wheel (keybind B)
• Added fog mod (to fix the look of minecraft’s fog and fixed skybox see through)
• Added Cosmetica (cosmetics: hats, clothes, etc)
• Remove Biome Particle Weather (Particle Rain basically does the same)
• Removed Crash Assistant (useless/Meant for debugging)
• Removed Spark (useless/Meant for debugging)
• Removed Sprint Indicator (Hytale doesn't have this)
• Replaced Fancy Door Animations (with Fancy World Animations)
• Fixed Transparent skybox
• Fixed performance on low end pc
