This optional update fixes many issues to celebrate the arrival of Modded Expansion on Modrinth!

Quality of Life Changes

Made Jetpacks give Elytras and their varients give a tiny boost when used.
Made Jetpacks and Backtanks able to be placed in the Back slot.
Settings, Keybinds, Voice Chat Config, and Elytra Sensitivity should no longer be reset for future updates on Modrinth App and Prism Launcher.

Balancing Changes

Bug Fixes and Changes

(Hopefully) fixed bug causing Create items to disappear in JEI.
Fixed Netherrack requiring Uncraftable Potion to create.
Meth Recipes have been moved to a not-included extension module to help with compliance on Modrinth.
The client and instance manager now reports as Modded Expansion instead of (Project) Cog.
