Primal Lib

This is the initial release of Primal Lib for Minecraft 1.18.2.

Supports Basket Case 3.0.0 for Minecraft 1.18.2.

Differences from Primal Lib 2.0 for Minecraft 1.12:

• Twine no longer counts as string. You can achieve this yourself with a datapack.
• Plant fiber and twigs now drop regardless of what you're holding or not holding. The overall drop chance can still be configured.
• Stripped logs are now vanilla blocks instead of custom mod blocks.
• Stripped logs will now support leaves. The feature where logs don't support leaves was harder to implement in 1.18 due to the way vanilla tags are constructed.
• Cascading vine breakage has been removed - use Drop Me a Vine instead.
• No compatibility with Better With Mods, which hasn't been updated to 1.18 yet.
• Compatibility with Biomes O' Plenty and No Tree Punching will be added later.
