Primal Frontier

FIXES/ADJUSTMENTS:

• Fixed maip not always spawning properly
• Reduced maip hitbox slightly to allow it through 2x3 openings
• Increased maip damage substantially outside/inside of the onslaughts
• The roar of a maip now blinds all players in proximity for a short duration
• Removed a debug tool that should've been disabled a while ago
• Removed some items from the primal frontier tab in the creative inventory
• Removed some debug tools and other stuff that shouldn't have been in 0.2.0-alpha
