Prehistoric Variants (A Fossils and Archeology Revival Add-On)

• Adds a new variant condition type: RANDOM
• Adds a new variant condition type: SPAWN BIOME
• Adds two new smilodon skins (melanistic and snowy)
• Adds a new easter egg skin

KNOWN ISSUE: As of F&A 9.1.4.1 custom variants seem to work in singleplayer, but not in multiplayer. Unfortunately this also applies to Prehistoric Variant's variants. Hopefully this fixes itself when F&A updates!
