• Split model: solid opaque frame + emissive lens (no transparency bugs).
• Emissive neon glow using “eyes” render type (visible in darkness).
• State textures: Active (bright neon), Inactive (dark lens).
• Auto-OFF when placed on a Helmet Stand.

• Durability bar fixed.
• Mining Helmet defaults to Tier 1 (600 capacity).
• Helmets/batteries craft fully charged.
• Loot tables fixed (blocks drop correctly).
• Replaced copper_ingot with gold_ingot (1.16.5 JEI fix).
