More Powerful Game Rules

Merged language from EvanHsieh0415:i18n/zh\_tw.

Fix bug where rules were forced to true by default.

Fixed and ported some gamerules that existed in mc1.18.2 and below:

disableBiomeFreezeIce disableBlockGravity disableDecayCoral disableDecayLeaves disableLightMeltIce doCactusGrowthUnlimited doMapsAlwaysUpdate doSugarGrowthUnlimited.

Added two NEW gamerules for bedrock parity:

tntExplodes & respawnBlocksExplode

NOTE: this was built on forge v47.1.47 (using mixins) . It will most likely work in neoforge 47.1.x as well
