Power Pickaxe

New Features:

Player Targeting: You can now give the pickaxe to specific players using /power-pickaxe give [player].

Smart Tab-Completion: Commands and player names now automatically pop up as you type.

Enchantment Protection: The Power Pickaxe can no longer be enchanted via Enchanting Tables or Anvils to keep it balanced.

Improvements & Fixes:

Command Overhaul: Fixed the logic so the "Usage" message only shows when you actually make a mistake.

Performance: Cleaned up the code for better server stability.

Visuals: Refined the custom lore and amethyst sound effects.
