Power Coils

Additions:

• A server-side config file was added, which includes:
  • Options to customize each coil effect individually.
  • An antispam and mute option for deploy sounds.

Changes & Bugfixes:

• Slightly lowered the gravity of the Dual Gravity Coil.
• Lowered the volume of the Gravity Coil deploy sound (Applied to all 3 variants).
• Fixed a bug that made you levitate when using any variant of the Gravity Coil or Fusion Coil while flying in creative mode.
• Fixed an exploit with the Regen Coil that allowed the player to heal faster than intended.
