UI Fixes & Improvements

This update focuses on cleaning up the interface and fixing several visual issues.

Fixes

• Fixed potion icons not displaying correctly
• Fixed broken UI layout in potion screens
• Fixed hover tooltips appearing in incorrect positions
• Fixed newly created potions not showing properly

Improvements

• Restored potion icon preview at the top of Add/Edit screens
• Simplified UI by removing unnecessary elements
