optimized emote chunk delivery configs. your config will reset to new optimal defaults.

reduced default custom emote amount limit in configs to 24, and the size to 6MB now if u have custom emotes the defalult will be hidded. image will now be resized if one of its sides is larger than 512px; new prop in client config "resourcePackEmoteAmount" that can be specified if you are replacing default emotes with a resource pack and wana hide default emotes beyond that resource pack emote amount. added "customEmotesAllowed" to server cofig in case if u wana block custom emotes.
