Poof Sounds

This mod is a small mod that adds a little detail from Minecraft: Story Mode. When a mob dies, it will play a poof sound when the cloud of smoke appears from the mob.

Fixed a poof happening when Herobrine from the mod/datapack "From The Fog" would disappear.
Made poofs change in volume and pitch depending on the max health of the entity that died.
Added config to change the volume of the poofs (Ambient/Environment sound slider no longer affects it.)
You can also just toggle poof sounds on/off
Increased the list of entities that cannot make a poof sound as a way to preemptively stop any possible bugs from happening.
