Pony Origins Lite

• Removed command-based origins enablement system, it doesn't work
• Fixed Chaos Creature not being choosable

This version of Pony Origins Lite will remove the "po.globalflags" scoreboard that Pony Origins normally adds, since it is no longer in use. This will also be removed in 1.0, as it is not necessary.
