Pony Pony Panic

Added a few compat's to Tough As Nails. Also adjusted a few configs related too it, to make it slightly less brutal. The fact this mod makes Kirin's life much harder is a bit frustrating but maybe that could be someones thing? If this does not work out, we will just go back to Frostiful.
